Jessica M. Rosso, M.A. is a bilingual mental health professional with extensive experience in trauma-informed care, school-based mental health, and culturally responsive services for diverse populations.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Jessica graduated from Colegio Guadalupe High School, where her passion for psychology and community support began. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Metropolitana, building a strong foundation in clinical assessment, research, and therapeutic techniques.
Jessica began her professional journey in 2018 as a Counselor Psychologist with Alternativa Psicoeducativa in Puerto Rico. Over the course of five and a half years, she provided individual and group therapy, supporting children, adolescents, and families—many of whom were navigating the legal system or experiencing trauma.
In June 2023, Jessica joined Keylivettes Therapy Center as a Psychologist, offering culturally sensitive mental health services in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. She continues to provide evidence-based therapy in both Spanish and English.
As of November 2024, Jessica works full-time with The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, where she collaborates with schools to deliver mental health support, parent engagement, and staff training. Her current work emphasizes emotional wellness, multilingual family engagement, and community-based healing.
Jessica is also a Certified Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator, blending movement and mindfulness practices to promote emotional healing and body awareness.
